  • Morningbell (Gainesville) – You Think I Don’t Know (But I Know) (Basso Profundo, 2011)
    • Fri Jan 13 at Double Down Live with Bang Bang Boom & Dolfish
  • Less Than Jake (Gainesville) – Goodbye, Mr. Personality (Greetings from Less Than Jake, 2011)
    • New EP was released in conjunction with Warped Tour.
  • Hot Water Music (Gainesville) – The Fire, The Steel, The Tread (7”, 2011)
    • First new release in seven years; full album expected in 2012.
  • Against Me! (Gainesville) – Russian Spies (7”, 2011)
    • 2011 was a busy year for Against Me!;
      • In May, they released Total Clarity, an album of demos and unreleased songs from the Searching for a Former Clarity sessions;
      • They also started their own label, Total Treble Music, and issued the single, “Russian Spies / Occult Enemies” in June.
      • In July, they released Black Crosses, a re-release of 2010’s White Crosses with a second disc of demos from 2009 and acoustic sessions from 2010.
  • Averkiou (Gainesville) – Give ‘em What He Wants
    • Friday at The Atlantic with Gleaners, American Snakeskin
  • Big Oil (Gainesville) – Shovel
    • Friday at Double Down Live with Ancient River (CD Release) , Root Doctors , Driver
  • Ancient River (Gainesville) – Flood (Songs from North America, 2011)
    • Friday at Double Down Live – a CD release party for another new album; with Big Oil , Root Doctors and Driver.
  • Ricky Kendall (Gainesville) – Soul Searching (Soul Searching, 2011)
  • New Found Glory (Coral Springs) – Radiosurgery (Radiosurgery, 2011)
    • Seventh album was released in August.
  • Yellowcard (Jacksonville) – Hang You Up (When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes, 2011)
    • Seventh album was released in March.
  • Cold (Jacksonville) – Wicked World (Superfiction, 2011)
    • Fifth album released in July; their first in six years.
  • The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (Middleburg) – Reap (Am I the Enemy, 2011)
    • Third album was released at the end of August.
  • The Ones To Blame (Gainesville) – Friends
    • Saturday at The Atlantic with Cat Jacket, Half Crocked
  • The Boswellians (Gainesville) – Don’t Wait (Hello Hands; 2011)
    • Long-awaited debut CD.
  • The Young Hookers (Gainesville) – Remix (Happy Birthday EP, 2011)
  • The Lunars (Gainesville) – I Hope You Cry (Return of the 17,000 Year Locust, 2011)
  • Post Teens (Gainesville) – Crust Lust (Post TeensEP, 2011)
    • Six song 7″ from Sound Study Recordings
    • Featuring members of Assholeparade, Torche, Averkiou and Dead Friends
  • A Day To Remember (Ocala) – All I Want (What Separates Me From You, 2010)
    • Although the album and single were released in November of 2010, the video wasn’t released until January 2011 and became their biggest hit, reaching #12 on Billboard magazine’s alternative chart and #21 on the mainstream rock chart.
  • Cutman (Gainesville) – Bad Party (Universal Laws, 2011)
